New Enrolments (New Children)

If you are a new family wishing to enrol your child in to before and/or after school care or vacation care, please follow these steps:

Enrol your child/ren using the ONLINE FORM or print, fill and return the HARDCOPY enrolment pack.

Arrange an orientation and enrolment meeting with Jules (our service director) on 0408 024327. NB:  Immunisation records must be sighted and copied prior to child’s first day at OOSH so please bring them in to your meeting.

To help settle new children into the service, we invite families, with their children, to visit the service at the time of their orientation meeting. This provides an opportunity for your children to familiarise themselves with the location of OOSH, meet other children, and meet the team. 

Unfortunately, the children will be unable to play on the Jumbos Playland equipment during this meeting, however we will have loose play parts and colouring in available to keep them occupied.

If you require  Before / After School Care, please fill in the online form below to secure a spot for your child/ren.

If you require Vacation Care, please fill in the online form below or print, fill and return the HARDCOPY form to secure a spot for your child/ren.

Our administration team will calculate payable fee and contact you to your confirm your booking. Payments are required upfront and places are not guaranteed until payment is received.

Re-Enrolments

If you are a previously enrolled family wishing to re-enrol your child in to before and/or after school care or vacation care, please follow these steps:

Change / Update any details required using the Change of Details form.
If you require  Before / After School Care, please fill in the online form below or print, fill and return the HARDCOPY form to secure a spot for your child/ren.
If you require Vacation Care, please fill in the online form below or print, fill and return the HARDCOPY form to secure a spot for your child/ren.
